Tacos.
I just got back from Austin for SXSW and there’s just one thing I have to say about it. Sorry Austin, but the taco trucks in Houston are waaaaay better.

It’s been eight months since my last post. I’m sorry tumblr world. There have been so many things that have happened in these 8 long months that I have deprived you of everything that has been going on in my life. Well, I’m here to tell you that I am returning to blog some more. Starting with my trip to Los Angeles and then updates from the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas.

Let's get glamorous!: Voted Best review of Vegas! →
Was Vegas ever glamorous or has it always been a festering pit of rednecks getting ripped off? Everything is fake; the glamour, the money, the plants, the pyramids- even the billboards. “The New Mr. Las Vegas” (huh?) “Best 10 pm show!” (only 10 pm show) “Entertainer of the decade!” (1983-93)?…

Toy Story 3
Toy Story 3 will make you laugh…. will make you cry…. and it will make you appreciate 3 great films from disney/pixar…what a wonderful ending to a wonderful trilogy. I recommend that everyone see this film. I decided not to talk about it in detail because I didn’t want to give anything away. I suggest that you just go out and see this...
2010 Houston Free Press Summerfest
The 2010 Houston Free Press Summerfest was a great succes. With over 10,000 in attendance to see Slim Thug, Bun B and the Flaming Lips along with 50+ other local and regional bands, Jagi Katial and Omar Afra produced a great music festival for the city of Houston which I can only hope can continue for years to come. There were lots of food vendors with a nice variety of foods to...

Ironman 2 and some exciting previews....
Jon Favreau hits another one out of the park with this entertaining sequel. Very well put together, the one liners were perfectly timed, hardly any clichès. Favreau sticks to the story and presents it well. Mickey Rourke’s Russian accent is suspect, however, and Scarlett Johansson surprises with a convincing Agent Natasha Romanoff. SPOILER ALERT: Favreau ends the film with a...
No One Knows About Persian Cats
This is a great movie that was filmed in tehran, iran. It truly captures the innocent growth of underground rock & roll in a very restricted city where jail time is the punishment for the offenders. but all the kids want to do is just play music. you’ll enjoy this one.

….and well, according to the article, New Line Cinema felt that the Looney Tunes character, as well as his cousin “Slowpoke Rodgriguez”, seemed “Stereotypically racist, and outdated”. Personally, I always felt that their stereotyped persona was the whole reason why they were funny to begin with, along with the rest of the Looney Tunes cast of wonderful characters....
Shutter Island
this was by far leonardo dicaprio’s best performance of the silver screen. martin scorsese did once again, an amazing job. this one is worth going to the theater and watching.

My first entry. An introduction of sorts.
I would like to start off by explaining the purpose of this blog. Ever since I was a kid, my thoughts, expressions, emotions and opinions ceased to no limit, resulting in numerous amounts of friends, acquaintances and some unlikely enemies (as well as a knack for being brutally honest). I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing many different events, concerts, the theatre, and numerous amounts...
